Guidelines for Team
Mentors:
Who can be a mentor?
University & collage students (and fresh graduates)
who have had exposure to leadership roles at school, university,
college and/or in the community.
Benefits of being a Mentor?
The team mentor experience usually proves to
be very valuable and enjoyable! Aside from the $200
monetary compensation you will recieve for volunteering,
you gain valuable insight on mentorship. Past mentors report
that the experience allowed them to polish their leadership
skills, and allowed them to learn to engage a group of youth
younger in age than them. In addition, the YLDP mentorship
experience can be a great asset to place on resumes and futiure
professional applications.

ALL sessions?
