Youth Leadership Development Program 2011
The
Youth Leadership Development Program (YLDP) is unique in its
educational approach, "learning by doing", consisting
of a series of seminars, workshops and exciting field projects
and is designed to impart 'practical' skills needed to be
youth leaders. YLDP participants will receive intensive hands-on
training in the areas of confidence building, effective communication,
team dynamics, event planning and resource building.
