Zabiha / Qurbani / Sacrifice
"For this was obviously a trial. And We ransomed
him with a momentous sacrifice. And We left (this blessing)
for him among generations (to come) in later times. 'Peace
and salutation to Abraham!' Thus indeed do We reward those
who do right." - Qur'an: 37:106-110
The
animal sacrifice is offered all over the world every year
at Eid-ul-Adha. It commemorates the supreme act of sacrifice
offered by Prophet Ibrahim.
You can let Muslims around the world benefit
from your Zabiha. Our Global Zabiha Program can help you perform
the sacrifice of your choice in a country of your choice.
This helps thousands of needy Muslim families in that region
and strengthens their faith in the Islamic brotherhood.
Every year, through the Global Zabiha Program,
ICNA Relief uses this opportunity to distribute meat to the
poor, the destitute and the helpless people of society.
