Pakistan Flood Emergency:

Historic monsoon rains have triggered massive flooding across Pakistan, displacing over 120,000 people, killing more than 340, and wiping out entire communities. The rains have not stopped—and forecasts warn of more to come.

The devastation is most severe in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where:

  • Flash floods in Buner destroyed entire villages within hours.
  • Swat and Bajaur saw landslides and homes swept away.
  • Over 40% of KP’s flood-related deaths were children.
