Marketing Manager – IRC Job Description
We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across traditional, digital, and community engagement platforms. This role is integral to enhancing the organization’s visibility, strengthening public engagement, and supporting our fundraising objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support fundraising, programs, and public engagement initiatives.
- Manage digital platforms, including the website, social media, email communications, and online advertising.
- Create impactful content for newsletters, press releases, blogs, and social media channels.
- Apply innovative marketing techniques and stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies.
- Conduct market research to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the development team on donor acquisition, retention campaigns, and fundraising events.
- Manage the marketing budget, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree is an asset.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within non-profit, charitable, or faith-based sectors will be considered an asset and is preferred.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media management, and content development.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with cultural sensitivity and knowledge of Muslim community values.
- Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, build networks, and represent the organization publicly.

- Plan, develop, and execute existing and new domestic programs, projects, and events across Canada.
- Promote activities through community outreach, Islamic centers, mosques, third-party events, and social media platforms.
- Supervise Resource Center and Fund Development Coordinators in expanding volunteer networks.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, businesses, elected officials, and grantors.

Nous avons acquis une solide réputation grâce à notre travail de bienfaisance communautaire. ICNA Relief Canada se consacre à l’aide humanitaire au pays et à l’étranger par le biais d’un large éventail de projets d’aide et de réhabilitation ; nous nous efforçons notamment d’intervenir efficacement auprès des victimes de catastrophes naturelles à l’échelle internationale.
Nous recherchons un coordonnateur du développement régional proactif pour les régions de Montréal, d’Ottawa et de Kingston afin de renforcer les relations avec les donateurs, de stimuler la collecte de fonds régionale, de promouvoir les programmes nationaux et d’élargir le rayonnement communautaire par le biais de plateformes traditionnelles, conventionnelles et numériques.
Principales responsabilités :
